The International Society of Cardiovascular Disease Epidemiology and Prevention, in collaboration with the World Heart Federation, held the 53rd Ten-Day International Teaching Seminar on Cardiovascular Disease Epidemiology and Prevention from October 13 to October 24, 2024, in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The seminar was co-hosted by RemediumOne and the University of Kelaniya, a leading clinical research partnership with a 15-year track record of excellence in cardiovascular disease research. This was the first time the seminar had been held in Sri Lanka and the first visit to the country for most of the fellows and faculty.
